From the parking and outside you wouldn’t expect this place to be crazy good but it was. We went for a brunch with 4 people and the food was very good. They had breakfast quesadillas, pancake wrapped bacon and a meat platter. All the meats were amazing and the sauces were great. They did a great job with flavors and really hit it on the homemade sausages. The service was a bit slow but it was a small place and only one person working. I would recommend and go again to try lunch.

Ray, our server, provided outstanding service during our breakfast visit. He was attentive, accommodating my dietary restrictions with care and professionalism, and checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. The breakfast itself was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Based on this wonderful experience, we look forward to returning soon for lunch.

I've been dreaming of the Meat Lovers Omelette ever since I had it two weeks ago, wound up stealing some of my friends Cheesecake Waffle as well and it's to die for. This is my new spot for breakfast, Sunny and Brom were fantastic and did a superb job taking care of our party of three as well as the other packed tables. Come for a delicious meal, stay for the friendly service!

Absolutely incredible food and incredibly outstanding service. The owners and staff must be seasoned kitchen veterans because they were personable and great at building rapport but then would not bother you and knew exactly when you needed a refill. The food is authentic as hell. Certified Louisiana Gator and the best damn brisket you can find in Connecticut and it's especially amazing because it's basically in Stars hollow from Gilmore girls.

Went here kind of on a whim because I drove by and saw the sign. Had another BBQ place close to Bradley Airport and let me tell you. Drive the extra 10 min and come here instead. Food was awesome, staff was super nice. Unassuming from the outside but don’t let that fool you. You can tell they care about food. Get the Brussel Spouts!!

This place is incredible! The food was absolutely delicious, and the chef went above and beyond to make my dish just the way I requested. My server, Ray, was the absolute best. So attentive, polite, and friendly. My husband and I had such a great time that we went back two days in a row. The chef is by far the best in New England (yes, I said it!!)

Eaten here a few times, and gotten to-go food as well. The staff here is wonderful, working hard and always personable and kind. The food? Oh, the food is always so good. The catfish and grits dish is my FABORITE. As a woman from the southeast US who LOVES dishes like shrimp and grits, this was a local delight to find something so good nearby done well with grits. I am a big fan of this place, and now that I’ve brought up the catfish and grits, I may just have to make another visit there soon. Disclaimer, I’ve only gotten breakfast dishes here, I can’t speak to the entire menu. But I’m extremely pleased with what I’ve gotten so far, both from the service and food. I’ve been waited on by 2 different servers, and had good experiences from all the employees I’ve interacted with. The gentleman who works front of the house and is very chipper and personable is amazing at his job, and a pleasure to interact with. (I’ve interacted with him more than once, so I remember him more easily. Others have been lovely, too.) They are clearly excellent at foodservice, and have years under their belts of it. Very in tune with needs, and consistently provide amazing memorable service.
